Dear friends of the ROOT Gallery,

I cordially invite you to the exhibition „Der Rote Faden – Den røde tråd“ with Margit Buß, Heike Jacobsen, Hanne Ida Helstrup, Anka Landtau, Kate Skjerning and Ute Wöllmann.

Six female artists from Germany and Denmark present works that – in very different ways – revolve around the titular red thread: that connecting line which runs through an artistic oeuvre, a biography or a shared concern. The exhibition invites visitors to trace this thread in painting, objects and installation, and to rethink it.

Exhibition opening: Monday, 6th July 2026 at 6 PM
